La meditaci\u00f3 i el mindfulness no s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s relaxaci\u00f3; s\u00f3n t\u00e8cniques poderoses per reentrenar els m\u00fasculs complexos del teu mecanisme vocal. Quan est\u00e0s tens\/a, la teva<a href=\"https:\/\/yogavoice.studio\/ca\/breathing-lessons\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"6748\"> respiraci\u00f3 es torna superficial i restringida<\/a>. La t\u00e8cnica de respiraci\u00f3 4-7-8 \u00e9s una manera senzilla per\u00f2 profunda de calmar el teu sistema nervi\u00f3s i alliberar la tensi\u00f3 a tot el cos, especialment a la gola i la mand\u00edbula.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Troba un espai c\u00f2mode i tranquil on puguis seure o estirar-te.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tanca suaument els ulls i posa una m\u00e0 sobre el teu abdomen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhala completament per la boca, fent un so de \u201cwhoosh\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tanca la boca i inhala suaument pel nas comptant mentalment fins a <strong>quatre<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mant\u00e9n la respiraci\u00f3 comptant fins a <strong>set<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhala completament per la boca, fent un so de \u201cwhoosh\u201d mentre comptes fins a <strong>vuit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s una respiraci\u00f3. Inhala de nou i repeteix el cicle tres vegades m\u00e9s per a un total de quatre respiracions. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta t\u00e8cnica \u00e9s \u00e0mpliament utilitzada pels seus efectes calmants sobre el sistema nervi\u00f3s, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/4-7-8-breathing\" rel=\"noopener\">tal com assenyalen els experts en salut.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer-ho m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil, pots sincronitzar la teva respiraci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;animaci\u00f3 de sota. Una meditaci\u00f3 d&#8217;escaneig corporal t&#8217;ajuda a identificar i alliberar tensions de les quals potser ni tan sols n&#8217;ets conscient. Aquesta pr\u00e0ctica t&#8217;ajuda a <strong>alliberar la tensi\u00f3 vocal<\/strong> cultivant una connexi\u00f3 profunda entre la teva ment i el teu cos, permetent-te deixar anar patrons de tensi\u00f3 habituals.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estira\u2019t c\u00f2modament boca amunt, amb els bra\u00e7os als costats i els palmells cap amunt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Porta la teva atenci\u00f3 als dits dels peus. Observa qualsevol sensaci\u00f3 sense jutjar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A poc a poc, comen\u00e7a a portar la teva atenci\u00f3 cap amunt pel cos: peus, turmells, panxells, i aix\u00ed successivament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan et concentris en cada part, allibera conscientment qualsevol tensi\u00f3 que hi trobis. Imagina la teva respiraci\u00f3 entrant en aquesta zona i enduent-se la tensi\u00f3 en exhalar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posa una atenci\u00f3 especial a les espatlles, el coll i la mand\u00edbula.
